Dark Music Days and Iceland Music Information Centre are initiating the project pitch event PODIUM, which will be a part of the festival's programme for the first time on March 1 and 2. The event consists of eleven project presentations (pitches), aimed at presenting Icelandic contemporary music projects to festivals, conductors, artistic directors of music ensembles and concert halls, foreign and Icelandic alike.

PODIUM will take place in hybrid form, guests are welcome to attend the project pitches at the Nordic House in Reykjavík on March 1 and 2, between 1pm and 3pm. The event will also be streamed live.
Registration for the event takes place on the Dark Music Days website, https://www.darkmusicdays.is/en/podium. PODIUM will present eleven Icelandic contemporary music projects, some of which are directly linked to the Dark Music Days' programme. The presentations / pitches are as follows:
